Nura & Sol is a sister-run business founded by Fatimah Austin Hunter and Summiyah Austin Siddeeq. Born out of a shared love for quality swimwear and a desire for more inclusive coverage levels. The sisters joined forces in the summer of 2019 to bring their vision to life: a swimwear brand that offers Coverage Options for All™

As they dove into fabric research and swimwear production, they were struck by the environmental impact of traditional swimwear manufacturing. This discovery led them to reimagine Nura & Sol as a fully sustainable swim and resort wear line, combining style, comfort, and conscious design.

In May 2021, they rebranded from Natural Swim to Nura & Sol, aligning the brand with their deeper values and long-term vision.

Now, in 2025, the sisters have further refined the collection—elevating the fit, feel, and design details—to reflect the evolving needs of their community while staying true to their mission of inclusivity and sustainability.
